To edit your customer’s contact information, you must first be logged into your DistributorCentral account
- Once logged in, click Customers in the left menu
- Next, find your customer using the customer list search
- Once you’ve found the customer, click the Pencil icon to the far right to edit the customer record
- Click Contact Info
- Next, click View / Edit to the right of the customer contact you need to make changes to
- On the Contact Info screen for that customer, make your changes
- Click Save at the bottom to save the updates to your customer contact
