To change your username, you must first be logged into your DistributorCentral account
- Once logged in, click Accounts in the left menu
- Next, click on Users
- In the Users submenus, click on User Maintenance to view your account’ User List
- On the Account User List page, find your user in the list and click Edit to the right to access your Basic User Information page
- From the Basic User Information page, in the Email Address field, update your user's email address
- This will change where password reset links are sent to
- Click Save at the bottom to save your changes
