To reset a user's account password follow these steps:
- In your DisitributorCentral Dashboard, click the Account menu to the left
- Select Users
- Choose User Maintenance
- On the Account User List page, select the user you'd like to reset the password for
- With your user selected, you can choose to do one of the following by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the user list:
- Send them a password reset immediately
- Force them to reset their password the next time they log in
