How to Reset Users' Password

To reset a user's account password follow these steps: 

1. In your DisitributorCentral Dashboard, click the Account menu to the left
2. Select Users
3. Choose User Maintenance
4. On the Account User List page, select the user you'd like to reset the password for
5. With your user selected, you can choose to do one of the following by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of the user list:
   1. Send them a password reset immediately
   2. Force them to reset their password the next time they log in
