How to Change the Status of a Customer Order

Update customer order statuses to let your customers no the progress of their order. Here's how: 

  1. With your Customer Order loaded, find the Status to Customer section (shown below)
  2. To the right, change the order status by clicking the dropdown menu and selecting the appropriate status (i.e. On Hold, Proof Ready, Shipped, etc.) 
  3. Once you select a new status the page should load and you will see the status at the top of the order change.
