Update customer order statuses to let your customers no the progress of their order. Here's how:
- With your Customer Order loaded, find the Status to Customer section (shown below)
- To the right, change the order status by clicking the dropdown menu and selecting the appropriate status (i.e. On Hold, Proof Ready, Shipped, etc.)
- Once you select a new status the page should load and you will see the status at the top of the order change.
