How to Send My Customer a Login to My Website

To send a customer login to your DistributorCentral hosted website you must first be logged into your DistributorCentral account

  1. Once logged in, click Customers in the left menu
  2. Next, find your customer using the customer list search
  3. Once you’ve found the customer click the Envelope icon to the far right
  4. Confirm that you’d like to send the customers login credentials by click OK in the alert that appears.
  5. The login credentials will be sent to the customer’s main email address
